Case Study One: Fermentation Attemperation Control System

Replacement of ageing APV accos control system, incorporating new Rockwell ControlLogix PLC code and distributed Flex I/O network.

Fully Automated Fermentation and Conditioning of a range of Beers and Lagers.  Temperature  Profiles are processed over a period of days through SCADA set-up screens. Recipe defined Temperature Profiles are selected and controlled via multiplexed Control and Vessel detail Screens, with all vessels capable of simultaneous automated operation.
