Recently a group of employees from our adi Electrical division undertook a day volunteering with the Heart of England Forest.

This was just one element in a year long plan of Responsible Business events which will see the team doing a variety of charity, environmental and fund raising events.

This particular event was originally suggested by one of the adi Electrical team and aligned with our intent to make a difference for an environmental charity and allow the team to spend time outdoors, which we know has a positive effect on both physical and mental health. Alongside this, the ability for some of the team to work together in a different situation than normal everyday work helps to create a stronger team working ethic, develop relationships.
