adi Group are delighted to announce that we have retained our 1-star rating with Best Companies.  A 1-star rating indicates we have very good employee engagement.

We are grateful to all of our employees for completing the survey. This is our 5th time to be awarded a 1-star rating with our highest engagement from our employee to date.
We receive a huge amount of data from Best Companies and each adi company is analysing their results to see what more they can do to further improve employee engagement.  

For adi Group, We will be reviewing all of the data for the whole business and working with our directors on feedback for any area's of improvements across the business.
