Staff at adi Group wore their jeans on Jeans for Genes Day 2018 which took place on Friday 21 September.
The company, which is based in Birmingham with offices across the UK dressed down for the day and wore their best jeans as well as making a donation of £2 each to wear their jeans on the Day.
We all inherit a range of talents, skills and personality traits through our genes – they’re part of what makes us who we are. But half a million children in the UK face the daily challenges of a genetic disorder. By pulling on a pair of jeans, we will be helping to fund the vital care and support services that transform their lives.
Claire Frays, Group Communications Officer said, “We were delighted to once again rally our teams together to help support Genetic Disorders UK and families affected by genetic disorders by pulling on our jeans. Each year we have seen an increase in staff members and sites joining in and this year was no different. We look forward to participating again next year.”
