The Opportunity

From initial discussions and cost plan/feasibility support in Early 2020 our client on this particular project was looking for a Main Contractor to support with a fully turnkey build package which would provide the proposed area a fantastic selection of light industrial units to support with the rapidly growing demand for local SME's.

The Solution

Working on the site of a former factory to regenerate the area we will be undertaking environmental remediation of hot spots, as part of the enabling package.

Working with our design teams as part of a D&B contract we have been able to accommodate last minute changes to the site layout post signing of contracts.

We are delivering 3 block of industrial units along with all ancillary roads and parking. Two of the units are to be divided into blocks of four and the remaining unit has been changed at short notice to accommodate a tenants needs.

This project will deliver a facility with a quick turn around from start on site through to completion.



The Benefits

Newly created light industrial units to support local SME's. 

The proposed scheme will see the development of 3 terraces of 12 units ranging from 3,560 sq ft to 6,910 sq ft providing for a total scheme size of 58,020 sq ft. Practical completion due Q4 2021.


We are using adi on our Deer Park Road project, value circa £3.7 mil. 9 multi-let industrial units to a high spec.
