adi was approached to provide the non-core engineering support functions for the Severnside Dairy site, including management, operation and maintenance of steam plant, refrigeration, water treatment and all indirect maintenance activities.
We implemented our facilities engineering modular maintenance approach with bespoke processes and procedures to improve site regulatory compliance as part of an continuous improvement journey, utilising our self-delivery model and the transfer of some site-based resource. By adopting this model, we were able to provide first class indirect engineering support to drive standards, compliance and efficiencies to where they needed to be over a coupe of years whilst making cost savings along the way.
We developed a customised facilities engineering solution directly compatible with the customers working practices. We adopted responsibility and significantly improved site compliance over a relatively short period of time. We implemented risk control measures for key and critical plant to protect business continuity. Through adi Group support and customer and stakeholder engagement, we developed a total partnership approach to fully integrate into the site.
adi Facilities Engineering has an established track record, based on utilising their industry wide knowledge, skill sets and developing trust through ongoing relationships. Their approach led to a very positive outcomes and excellent customer satisfaction.
